I had a great experience all around using Accurate Home Inspection. Jerry showed up on time and began an extremely thorough inspection, spending a good amount of time in each room, fully documenting every flaw, be it minor or major with photos. Being a young first time home buyer, I do not know what I should be looking for, or how to fix the problems he found. Jerry took me to every problem spot and told me how I could correct the fault and then properly maintain the areas so they give me no problems in the future. I received the 35 page report the very next day, with an easy to understand layout and his recommendations for repair. I will definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection to friends, and will use them in the future!
